We believe in our services, but we understand things happen. Here's our refund policy.
1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer an unconditional 7-Day Money Back Guarantee on all of our Offshore Shared Web Hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our shared hosting services within the first 7 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Exceptions (VPS & Dedicated Servers)
Please note that the money-back guarantee and refunds are not available for VPS (Virtual Private Servers) and Dedicated Servers. These services involve significant resource allocation and setup costs that cannot be recovered.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund for an eligible shared hosting service, you must submit a cancellation request through your client area or contact our support team at [email protected] within the first 7 days of activation. All refund requests made after this 7-day period will not be processed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain Name registrations, renewals, or transfers
- SSL Certificates
- Software Licenses (cPanel, LiteSpeed, etc.)
- Setup Fees or Custom Configuration fees
- Any service terminated due to AUP/TOS violations
5. Refund Crediting
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the credit to appear in your bank account or payment processor balance.
6. Abuse of Policy
SnvHost reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, such as multiple accounts created by the same individual to exploit the money-back guarantee, or if the account has violated our Acceptable Usage Policy.
